Golfers book online, 24/7
Your course gets its own booking page. A golfer picks a day and a tee time, says how many are playing, and gets a confirmation by email, with a link to cancel. The time is held while they book, so nobody else can take it mid-booking.

How it works
Your sheet, open to golfers on your terms
There is no per-booking fee. We do not take a cut of your tee times.
It lands on the tee sheet
An online booking appears on the sheet beside the counter’s own, marked as online. If the clubhouse connection is down, it arrives the moment the line comes back.
You decide what goes online
Choose how many seats on each tee time are released to the web and how many days ahead golfers can book. Those seats are set aside on the till, so a time is never sold twice — even offline.
Paid or protected before they arrive
For each time of day you choose: pay in full online, a deposit per golfer, a card on file, or pay at the counter. A card on file isn’t charged unless the group doesn’t show; then a manager charges the no-show fee from the tee sheet. Cancel inside your policy and the refund is automatic.
Payments go through your course’s own payment processor, and check-in applies what was paid, so nobody is charged twice.
Email and push alerts to golfers
Booking confirmations by email and push, a reminder the day before with a cancel link, and campaigns for open tee times, events and passes — golfers opt in on the booking page, and unsubscribe is one tap.
